The Fell House will feature house displays and well as displays from the Allendale Historical Society and special World War II displays from Jack Goudsward.
Please note the other historic location hours are from 10am-4pm.

The John Fell House will be hosting a barn sale on
Saturday October 21st
from 9am-4pm
as part of the Town-Wide Garage Sale
Sellers: Please contact us at thefellhouse@gmail.com for more details on sale day set up, logistics and requirements.
Sellers may set up their own spot on the lawn of the Fell House for a donation contact us for more information or sellers may donate their items to the Fell House Sale – all donated items may be sold by the Fell House and proceeds would be considered a donation to the Fell House.

Please take part in making Allendale’s State and National Historic Landmark look the part for our patriotic holidays!!!!
Presidents Day, John Fell Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Constitution Day & Veteran’s Day,
For a $40 annual contribution we will place a flag for you on the front lawn of the Fell House. This flag can be for you or named in honor of a veteran, historic figure (ie. John Fell) or person of your choice. Your flag will also have a small sign hanging from the pole with the name of the donor and to whom the flag is honoring. We will install your flag on the lawn and store your flag in between holidays.

Holiday Open House Sunday December 4th from 11am – 3pm
Please stop by to tour the festively decorated John Fell House and learn about our plans for 2023. A big thank you to the Allendale Garden Club for decorating the front porch and the music room. You can also take family photos on the old-fashioned sleigh in front of the classic Fell House barn or in front of the house. This is a free event, but donations are always appreciated.
A few Allendale organizations will be onsite including the Allendale Woman’s Club (AWC) which is once again holding a luminary fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit the AWC and the organizations they support, many of which are local. Luminaries will consist of a flame-resistant bag, a tea light and sand, ready for placement. An Allendale town-wide lighting of “candles” is being encouraged at 7 PM on New Year’s Eve.
